The nozzle breaking can be a result of the brittleness of the material making up the nozzle. I heard and experienced many guarder nozzles breaking from several to hundreds of rounds. The also thing to be mindful of, is any misalignment the nozzle may have with the rest of the gun. Guarder ones break fairly easily, so I suggest resorting to other brands including:
AABB
AIP
Pro&T
Surprisingly, my stock G18C nozzle has survived thousands of rounds on continuous high pressure from my compressor.
If you can a WE G18C, your nozzle WILL break because they actually use a steel nozzle guide that is so long that is breaks the nozzle tab during the slide cycle, causing the nozzle return spring to jam, resulting in the slide not being able to reset properly. This is a serious problem, and I can honestly and literally say that I have fixed ~30 of WE G18C's as part of my work as a gun tech.
