Hey guys,

Got my case finally.

Thing is the charged me wrong, and now they won't reply with refunding me.

Issue #1: Original order with the "coupon bug." They asked me through e-mail if I wanted the new invoice of the missing amount, refund or remove an item. I stated I only wanted the gun case, and the refund of the missing amount. I also stated that I was charged in USD and not CDN and was charged an extra $5 ontop of that (conversion). They did not respond, and simply just shipped out my case.

Issue #2: When I got my case delivered, I got an e-mail from the same guy Joshua, stating that if there was anything else he could do he would be grateful to help. (Totally neglecting my previous issue) I restated that I only wanted the gun case, and to be charged with the gun case with the coupon, which should be roughly $15 given back to me.

Still no response. Not like $15 is much, but really hoped they got their crap together.

They are really bad at customer service and responding to phone calls, voice mails and e-mails.

In any case, I got the case today. Does feel pretty plastic-ey, for being made out of (ABS PLASTIC) *duh* but none the less visually appealing.
