You got me curious about White Russians in chinese service. I couldn't find anything about White Russians in the PLA (yet), but I've run into stories about White Russians in chinese service during the 30's. Also, White Russian bodyguard were popular to have in Shanghai during that period.
Have yet to find a standard equipment list from that era. I doubt there is one.
