I havent dealt with them but i find one of the easiest ways to judge the character of a retailer is to ask thdm a general question about a product or something (especially if you alrdy know the answer) befor you even buy. You can almost be certian that if they are friendly and helpfull befor they even lighten your wallet they should be super helpfull once your a paying customer.
That being said there are some retailers that wont look twice at you untill your a paying customer and others that prety much try n sweet talk you till they get your cash and then bugger off after the sale if you need help with something but those are both far from the norm.
