It is true, i am aware of only one insurance company currently doing this in Ontario. A decent broker will hook you up with them. If you do not own the land it will cost more and you will require special liability insurance. Discuss with the owner general terms of liability. Currently i do not get anything under $2,000,000 liability, and some games i have had as much as 5,000,000.
