I tried My United Star (bougth used, but i doubt the problem come from the radio) with Element Z-Tactical PTT and Sordin replica. I used the kenwood plug. I can hear fine but when transmit, the only thing I hear is noise.

I also tried with 2 other Element Z-Tactical headsets and they all had the same issue.

I doubt all 3 had defective mic. Any advice?
