If you find the full sized mask interferes with your cheek weld try the smaller one w/out the ears. I started with the larger mask for the greater protection and fount it to be too cumbersome. I switched to the no ears version and was pleasantly surprised how much easier it was to shoot my weapon.

edit: I wear shooting glasses when playing outdoor and full seal goggles aren't required. The more you get "used" to being shot the less pro you feel you need but you're taking your chances. Best to start with full protection and remove stuff if you're comfortable.
