Linds, I think Illusion was experimenting with putting a thin layer of White Lithium on the rails mixed with graphite powder. I'm not sure what became of that but from what I understand the lithium "sticks" well while being thin while the graphite powder acts like lubrication (graphite powder is used for gear lubrication in mining machinery).
