RC shock oil is 100% pure silicone oil. I've been using the exact same Team Associated stuff since 09 in my KSC Glock with no problems. (Note the lowest that my local hobby shop sold was 20 wt., I will get some 10 wt. when I get a chance to go to a bigger hobby shop).

Note, slide rails should be greased with something like White Lithium since it's parts that are moving against each other creating friction and you want to reduce wear there, the RC oil should be used on rubber seals in your mag and such.
