You can find a kit very easily online.
Just look for PolarStar HPA kit. They range from 150 to 300$.
Palmer Pursuit is a good brand. I also like Ninja quite a lot. (Well, on paintball stuff).
If you want to build your own kit, most HPA painball tanks are built with a 750psi regulator on the bottle. Then you need a first regulator to drop around 400psi.
And finally a secondary to drop from 400 to 120ish.
The reason why you want a few steps is that regulators are not good a dropping pressure from large amounts. Think of it like going down your roof. You might be able to jump down, but it's a lot easier if you have to drop only 2'.
You want the line between the bottle and the first reg. to be as short as possible (preferably screwed directly on the bottle). Then the line to the secondary longer (at the base of your sling for a rifle is good. And the last line, from sec. reg. to the gun even longer. That helps stabilizing the pressure as you get closer to your mark.
