My fault not making that clear, the handle part should have been made more inward rather than outward, which is more like a 1911 with a 120 degree btw the slide horizon and the frame handle.
But for the Tokarev, you would find the frame handle is 100 degree on the nose outward forged to the frame part, as well as highly improving the comfortability and firmness to both grips and hands while posing a shooting position. No exceptions on all TT models.
In addition, maybe due to the difference in actual hand size, handgun designers are always considering different frame/handle angles to create the maximum comfortability, the Tokarev was widely used within the Asian race which you would feel 100 degree is just right a fit if you were.
