I am in need of a new Gearbox but I can't decide between 2 of them. Would like feedback on which one is the best buy.

Is the Modify one worth the extra 80$ or will the G&P but plenty enough? I know G&P guns are good but I think it's external wise... Anyways, some imput would be appreciated
