G&P's motors have these ridiculously convenient screw-down terminals that prevent this annoyance entirely, and make the whole experience downright pleasurable (not to mention you never have to worry about breaking your connectors from too much repeated bending action).
If you are incredibly impatient like me and/or have a crapton of money to burn, or are just looking for a long term solution, you could do a lot worse than get yourself G&P motors with screw-down terminals. The M170 is pricey, but decent.
Here's hoping other companies copy these types of terminals.

Noooooooooo! Now there is an good honest difference of opinion. I do not like those G&P motor terminals. The screws are tiny and annoying to navigate around a strong motor. Apparently you like them so I will accept that there are good points as well.
I like the spade terminals. Ten seconds of adjustment and dozens of instant removals/attachments before it wears out.
