Check out the Ontario games section for game happening in the Toronto area. Best plan of action would be to hang out on these boards until you are 18 and then get age verified. Once that happens a whole world of airsoft retailers opens up to you and it's very simple to get pretty much anything you could want.
In the mean time, some venues/fields have rentals, and if they let 16yo+ play then there you go.
