on the topic of playing at Night... I'd rather have a group of 4 farm kids with no NVG and basic gear... then a squad of 8 'pro' airsofters with gucci gear and a grand or two strapped to their face
I love all facets of airsoft ... but I must admit I yearn for more strategy/objective based long games... when the game slows down and forces move and jockey for an explosion or two of game changing battles is where I seem to shine in airsoft.
for long games.. if I get tired/bogged down ... or the urge to stomp my feet and whine .. I talk with my teammates and take defensive roles from others so they go can get their fill of battle
