The certification is only in a couple places in the country I believe for snipers, so double check based on what area you are moving to.
Unfortunately you will not be able to bring your guns with you. So you might want to either put them in storage till you return to europe, or sell them, and then use the funds to purchase new guns here.
Your magazines and kit should be fine to bring with you as long as there are no dummy rounds in the magazines.
As for terrain, we have all sorts of different terrain and foliage across canada, so again it really depends on where you will be moving to.
