So, I have a KSC 1911A1, which I love. But my problem is with the base plate on the KSC mags; it's rather brittle, and I've had a couple bend and break off, rendering the mag useless. Bummer.
So, I'm wondering if the mags for KWA's M1911 MKI PTP would work in the KSC 1911A1; both are System 7/NS2, and KWA/KSC are practically the same thing except for minor details in materials and whatnot for different regions (Japan, export). I just want to kno if the KWA mags will fit in my KSC, mainly because the KWA have a thicker base plate, so should be less likely to bend. They'll also look better when I'm carrying the pistol with my USMC loadout, as the thick base plate looks like a modern MEU mag.
