My go to for <400 FPS setups will always be Prommy Purple or Guarder Clear. Maybe a Firefly but I haven't heard much about people using their AEG version buckings, typically the FF VSR buckings are used in upgraded VSR's (other popular companies include KA, and 9Ball).
Although the PDI W-Hold does sound pretty interesting... Maybe I'll have to try it out one day.
