There no NPAS unit that is specifically for the M14. This is actually an NPAS unit for WE open bolt systems in general, which includes the M14, PDW, M4, M16, HK416, G36, etc. (open bolt versions of course).
It's sold for $15 at airsoftparts.ca and it's pretty much a straight drop in with no mods for the M4/M16/HK416. Can't say if it's straight drop in for the others tho.
