ooh that sucks. Mine hasn't arrived yet. I'm pretty sure it's stuck in customs or something. Hey fox, if mine is like yours, I am going to drill the hole a little bigger, and get a small bolt and nut and stick it through. You would lose your quick take down, but at least you wouldn't have to worry about it breaking.
dwinandabp- check your hammer is it damaged? Does the bolt slide back and forth easily when the lower receiver is taken out?
