the SECRET is to not use any wipe at all, just the anti-fog fluid (many will work, fogtech is still better than dishwashing liquid), and let the fluid flow and coat the whole lens : you need to turn the lens and slide the tip of the bottle on it so that the coat is homogenous with no drying marks. Let it dry and DO NOT wipe.
If you are doing this, say on a Bolle lens for example, start in the middle, extend to one side, and do the other side starting in the middle again: the mark will be in the middle where your eyes can't see it.
Do not touch the resulting coat.
You will get absolutely ZERO fogging or blurring.

also you need to block the sweat from your forehead.headband.
