uhgh. there goes half the summer, lol. I'm sure everyone here is still interested in getting this part even if it takes until winter. Is there an accurate estimate as to when you think this will get done? Like a month or so? Since I know nothing about machining, you might roll your eyes at this one, but maybe finish all of the stages of the procedure on one single part. Then see if it works. If it works then you know your measurements are going to be correct for the rest of them.
