Have you had anyone mention threading issues? On the 16mm end, they seemed too tall and wouldn't thread onto my pistol. I Dremeled it out with intentions to mount set screws for a more permanent (ish) install. As I was doing it, I decided to test fit as I was going and it finally went on after knocking the treads down.

On the 14mm end, it was fine for my TM v2 tracer unit but when I picked up the G&G S100 silencer from Jugglez, I couldn't get it past a quarter turn on the first thread. (The new silencer fits fine on my mp5 threaded adapter and all my my outer barrel extensions)

Could the tolerances you're using be too perfect for the replica stuff we use?
