odd question somewhat on topic for the community, if any legal action goes through will it neccessarily count as precedince for the rest of the country, i seem to recall that quebec was operating under civil law while the rest of the country operated under what is essentially british commonlaw

and to Sim, good luck getting your gun back mate, it really sucks how you got treated, you are taking it far more calmy than i would. Im just lucky people at my work know im an airsoft nut, and enough of them are intrigued about starting up, or have played in the past that i dont have to worry about talkin about it on break at work, or any of them calling the cops on me.
