I am pretty sure I said that a few pages back.
Seriously Sim, you need to pull your head out of your ass and realize that your Charter rights were violated 8 ways from Sunday.
Your reputation not only at your workplace but in your profession is now completely tarnished. Slander can completely ruin the rest of your career.
I don't completely know the Quebec civil code or labour laws, but in Ontario you could sue the hospital easily for a pretty good sum and win.
I would bet that if you spent a few hours(maybe a day) you could find a lawyer who would do the work. I just googled "pro bono lawyers in Montreal" and a few popped out.
As said before this doesn't affect JUST YOU. This is a very dangerous precedent to be set if you don't fight back.
