this was the first sign in my M14 before the trigger box halves completely broke apart, as the halves push away from eachother, the hammer moves forward and the trigger cant move far enough forward to release it,
look at it and see if it looks like they are pulling apart further than normal at the top, if so, the little stubby pin that WE used may have broken off, I drilled a hole through the whole box and put a huge ass steel pin through to hold it together
