Depends on the weight of ammo, I've found most ammo types like to run at 320-340fps (at their respective weights)
So at 380 (on .20s) .28s are ideal, whereas up to 440 .30s are good, but 440-470 you need .36s
Either way your getting the same speed out of the BB just with more wind resistance and a better ability to punch through foliage
