I have one. It's a proprietary hopup.
If you manage to find the CQC barrel set (10,5), it includes everything (outer, gas block, gaz tube, hopup chamber, hopup rubber, locking mecanism, etc). That being said, I believe these are discontinued... but it might be worth it to look for such set as I've never seen an hopup sold alone.
