That's a good looking rail. Sorta like the Sampson one. There's a copy of the short (Krinkov size) Sampson but I don't think I saw one for the full size one.
But judging by how even the Sampson mounted, I think it would probably fit airsoft. Looking at it I'm guessing there's a mounting block that clamps to the barrel/gas tube, and you just screw the rails right into it.
