Umbrella Patches - Sword and Shield (plus maybe a rectangular "Umbrella" patch on the back?)
Umbrella ID card maybe?
I know they wear the black motorcycle helmet in the movie (doesn't seem the best choice for gaming), but probably a black PASGT-like helmet and gas mask or Balaclava?
Only thing I don't seem to get is "Black Tactical Belt, nylon"
