+1 for Fenix.

I'm running the TK12R2EX (Basically, TK12 revision 3 that can take 18650 batteries). It is bright, the strobe is epileptic, and the pressure switch is very high quality. The main distributor is in Canada, they seem to be Israeli designed with at least some of the parts made over there. The shipping is incredibly cheap within Canada. I got the red filter to preserve night vision, they accidentally shipped me a blue filter (and it is blue, not UV), and then fixed it by sending me the red... Yay, I now have two filters. Goto Dealextreme for the 18650 batteries and just watch how long the run time is.
