I have a KSC Glock 19, and a KSC Mk.23 (Old Version).

I am happy with these pistols. They were very cheap to buy and decent. When I got the Mk.23 there was a problem with "half cycling" and low velocities occasionally but hopefully that got fixed when I sent it off to the gundocs.

Now, compare that to a TM pistol. I've had the chance to shoot an TM Mk.23 and play with a friends Hi-Capa.

I would say, if you're looking to spend a lot (ie. instead of buying a Honda rustbucket for a daily driver that gets the job done you get an Acura RSX as a daily driver), you like lots of aftermarket parts support, are thinking of tuning/upgrading your GBB, and are probably going to use it as a primary in CQB or for IPSC then TM all the way.

With KSC, the aftermarket part support isn't as great and the GBB system is different, using proprietary parts. It's harder to find aftermarket parts, don't get me wrong there are aftermarket parts available but they seem to be rarer.

So essentially if you want something that will "work" out of the box, are going to leave it stock, and just going to have it for the "Bad ass factor" or use it as a dedicated secondary (ie. won't use it in IPSC or as a primary in CQB games) then go with the KSC.

Note that I have used the KSC G19 as a primary (in a pistol only game) in a smaller outdoor "FIBUA" site and it worked pretty well, got a few kills and it was fun. Here skills matter more than what gun is "better" and although having "better" equipment may have made a slight difference in a few kills where I couldn't get the BB to hit the target it was still fun nonetheless and the pistols didn't blow up and catch fire so that's good in my books.
