For general purpose maintenance of my guns.

I am relatively new so I'm not sure whether I need to have it purchased from an airsoft place that sells it or if I could get it locally at another store.

Also, what's the difference between the silicone oil spray that you use to maintain and clean your guns, compared to the silicone oil that comes with the AI adapter?
