I use a PDI 210% in my L96 and it gets about 410fps with .20, I believe the PSS2 springs are slightly different. I think 150sp is about the same, but don't quote me on that. A silencer doesn't reduce noise since the noise comes from the piston, filling your stock with foam does pretty well to dampen the sound.
