Thanks. Before I buy, I'll see if I can find a metal shop to make one.

If I do buy, I'll see if I can use a pre-made adapter and bore it up. Then I'll just need the right tap.

Like this 14mm to 14mm adapter:

Just not sure if there's enough material left if the inside is opened to 16mm.
