i like how they used cardboard as a medium to test on. I'm pretty sure 12.10J(900FPS) can't kill a person. If you know how to read/listen to chinese you will realize that these guys are generalizing EVERYTHING. My guess is they're trying to convey negative images of guns instead of cracking down on crime rings. Seriously though, what kindda ghetto fire arms expert uses cardboard on a chair?
