make sure the hammer spring is resting on the inner ledge of part 93, and also make sure that spring 84 is supplying enough tension on part 87. (sear spring and sear, respectively)

also, once the slide is off, wiggle the trigger relay arm (part 92), if it has a lot of play, your sear and sear spring are not aligned correctly. if it is snug, the issue is likely the hammer spring placement/tension (do you have an enhanced spring?)

see the little nipple sticking out of the rear most part of the relay rod (part 92) if that is not sitting 100% correct on 87, it will do what you have described.

one last thing, part 93 has a shi/spacer that goes on the inside, BEFORE you press in pin 76, is that in place?
