That's a very easy thing to say, but a good, strategic location of that size is almost impossible to find. The one I found is already pretty big... and even though we will only (probably) have one field, it will be pretty large and well polished. There will be a 3-5 lane shooting range as well... all this, from the current size of the location.
The most important part of the business is that it is, above all, very accessible (therefore, in the heart of Montreal and its surroundings). That's a main objective. We could get a huge part of land outside of Montreal (probably for cheaper too), but then we become "just another paintball complex".
Then again, the location is definitely not settled yet. The city is reviewing the request and they're optimistic about it. But if they refuse it (for whatever reason), I'll keep looking around, hopefully for something even bigger.
