I'm making this one on my bed. Easier on the knees and ass (ceramic floor). I'd rather make this one outdoors so I have an instant colour reference to see how well I'm balanced, but right now I'm just doing a "colour by numbers" kind of thing and following the woodland BDU scheme. I'll be adding jute thread and such later which will help lighten it up, but for the areas we play the ground is typically rather dark. I'm using two different lengths of thread as well to kind of give it a more random, three dimensional appearance.
