I find that JT Spectra Thermal paintball goggles are best for no fogging. Abit bulkier (i wear glasses so its perfect) the lens is 2 ply which resists fogging, 260 degrees of vision, large upper vent allows room to mount small computer fan (keeps glasses from fogging) the plastic ear pieces and lower faceguard unsnaps from googles, or snaps back on quick no tools , for CQB. JT says the lens will withstand a shotgun blast from 10ft. There is a cheaper version without a THERMAL lens, the THERMAL is worth the extra.http://www.jtusa.com/?masks All the plastic pieces unsnap leaving just the goggle.
