I don't expect the gun to be a performance carrier. It's like having good guitar or something. Just because you have it, doesn't make you a good guitar player. You're just a dolt with an expensive piece of equipment. The FPS increase is not a "you can feel it when it hits you" factor. It's more to increase the effective range, as I usually end up doing semi-auto long-range shots (Let's say about 200ft-400ft for arguments sake). If I was hell-bent on expensive gun = good player outlook, I'd have bought a $2500 gun.

I went ahead and purchased the vest, and the mags will be purchased next week once I get a paycheque. I'm also a firm believer that it's the ability of the player that creates the efficiency of the weapon they use, but I'm also edgy on the plastic parts possibly fucking up on me. :\
