Does it come with a rail? If so can i mount a laser or scope or handle on it?
If it doen't have a rail where can i buy one?

Just from looking at the picture I could tell it does not come with a rail. You may wish to have a closer look yourself.
You can purchase aftermarket rail systems from most online airsoft retailers
