Two questions (ICS M4, KJ G23)
 

Hello, just a couple of quick questions.

Just got a new ICS C-15, and noticed a couple of things.

The vertical grip (came with the gun) does not properly secure to the RIS.
Is this possibly just because the vertical grip is cheap?
I have also had problems securing the QD Suppressor to the muzzle. I eventually figured out, but there is a bit of a wobble on the flash suppressor (metal muzzle) Is this normal?

In regards to the Glock, never owning a GBB, just wondering how long a decent charge of the magazine (propane) should be. I read on here after searching either around 5 seconds, or 8 seconds, however this only gives me apprx. 30 cycles.

30 shots is about normal for one mag fill

How much gas your GBB consumes is dependent on a number of factors. The temperature, how fast you fire, the size of the gas reservoir, if your GBB has a metal or plastic slide etc... being some of them. 30 cycles seems like a median number of shots for a full propane charge. Just DONT FORGET TO LUBE YOUR MAGS/PROPANE TANK REGULARLY!!! You will just be disposing of your GBB quick-time if you neglect to do so.

id say wrap some thread tape around the suppressors threads to make it tighter

By the flash suppressor, I mean't the actual muzzle of the rifle. There is a slight bit of wobble, which is magnified when I attach the sound suppressor

If its a QD (Quick Detach) style suppressor then they ALL have the drooping syndrome. The only way to avoid that is to get a screw-on type suppressor.

Is the rail too small and the vert grip too wide? If so what was done on my gun (by previous owner) was to take some painters tape and put it on where the grip attaches to the rail. It should make the rail that little bit wider to be able to properly be mount the grip.

Aside from the "drooping syndrome" of the QD suppressor, is it normal for the actual muzzle of the rifle to be a slight bit loose?

tighten the set screw maybe?

Aside from this small hole, I don't think there is any screw..

You know what. You also probably didn't use the hex key (allen key) where that hole is... Just tighten it and you should be good to go.

Not sure which size key you need but if you have one of those swiss army hex key things just try putting it in and seeing if it fits and just tighten that.

Again when you want to swap out flash hiders or something take the hex hey and loosen it then twist off the flash hider. If you don't you run the risk of breaking the flash hider or stripping the threading.
