KSC Glock Jamming PGC Slide
 

Hi folks,

I seem to have this problem with this slide for the KSC Glock 19. Sometimes when the gun shoots, the slide racks back and it gets stuck there. Then when i push the barrel inwards towards the magazine, then it goes back into its normal position. Any idea why it does that? I have tried silicone oil to make it smooth but it just doesn't seem to work. I understand that barrels come with a combo and I will not be able to get it replaced easily. Thanks in advance.

are you sure the recoil spring is set into the barrel properly?

Yeah. What i found out is that the barrel doesn't slide back with the slide goes back thus it jams. Is there any way of forcing the barrel to move back with the slide?

i had one of my guns do that, and to band-aid it without shelling out $$ for a new outer barrel i had to cut off the tangs on the bottom of the outer barrel that made it lower and raise into the ejection port, but on a glock that would probably not work, and thats only if its the same problem

Yeah I don't know why it would do that. I need the barrel to go inwards and lower when the slide racks back. I can't figure it out. I really dont recommend the PGC slide for the ksc G19. So hard to work with.
