JG M4A1 clear receiver
 

Hey, has anyone bought a JG M4A1 with the clear receiver? I'm getting one and was just wonder how they are and yes i have already read some reviews, just wanted to know what people here might know about it. please comment, show some pics..thanks:)

They're about the same quality as any other JG gun without a clear reciever. JG's are usually rather hot out of the box, and most could do with a reshim and new bushings if they don't have metal ones. A downgraded spring probably wouldn't hurt either. All that plus a can of krylon and you'll have yourself a decent starting gun.

yes i have first handed tried my friend JG M4A1 and it shoots pretty hot out of the box... yes you mgiht want to replace bushings if there not metal and shim it that would be a great idea but my friend dint do that :S

I'm getting a JG not a DPMS panther arms, http://www.007airsoft.com/products/htm/aeg-top.htm they do look the same but I think JG is better than DPMS, am I wrong?

That is a JG just with a DPMS label, it's pretty much just a normal "Colt" M4 but it's just a different labeling. It's not a walmart DPMS those are crap.

i my friend got it off buyairsoft but it is a JG they just but in wholesales or whatever and sell them back with profit but they have good QC for china clones

FCS in London sells them for about $209 w/o tax.

Atleast if it is the DPMS version JohJoh is talking about.
