Which eye protection is all around best?

Okay, so i know that everyone has an opinion and im gonna ask; what is the best all around style of eye protection taking into account sight visibility, comfort, fogging up, as well as durability and protection.

Go to a game and see what other players are using. Comfort depends on you. I've had a pair of JT goggles for years and I love them, they fit around my glasses, are comfortable and havn't fogged up badly on me during games. I would suggest getting a good pair of paintball goggles, which you can use at paintball field and private games.

For non-PB goggles, Bolle and ESS are very popular among players.

i have ESS googles as back-ops but i wear these safety glasses that are rated to be aloud in airsoft.

I use Bolle T-800 when sealed goggles are required. They're the only ones that actually fit me and don't fog up like a bastard. JT Proflex were OK, but too bulky.

I have had serious issues with goggle fog. I agree with Mcguyver, Bolle T-800 are by far the best bang for the buck (There are better ones, ie dual lens, but twice the cost). The T-800 are rubber sealed, not foam, so no sweat is absorbed. It is also very easy to pop the lens for cleaning.

A little anti-fog and you are set (I had fog problems even with the T-800's, some good anti-fog and they are perfect).

One other note, they are low profile, great for Mich's etc, but they do not work so well with glasses (nose bridge), as a team mate pointed out after trying them on.

If you want something acceptable everywhere in Canada, go for a PB goggle.

Try a few on to see which would fit you best. That's all.

Put JT Spectra on the top of your try out list.

I just picked up a pair of Bolle T-800 goggles. Very comfortable, not huge like some paintball goggles are.

As previously stated, you can't wear eye glasses under them.

You can get a rx insert for them that snaps into two mounting holes on the bridge of the goggles.

Just ordered the ESS Striker TurboFan which are not quite as good as the Profile model but still able to get shot with a .22cal which I will not test. I wear glasses and they along with the goggles kept fogging up. The fan should fix this problem.

PB goggles are a must for PB fields but on private fields I use surplus army dust goggles, work great, its been hit with 400Fps 0.22 BBs and not a mark on lens and they fit really well over glasses

I'm able to wear glasses under my T800's. They're frameless glasses though, so they're flexible.
