Beginner Pistol Recommendation for IPSC?
 

Hi all,

I have recently started practicing IPSC and would like to get my hands on my own pistol. I'm hoping to lean on the expertise on this forum and ask for some recommendation. It seems like everyone suggests the TM Hi-Capa/G17, considering its upgrade potentials. I'm currently looking at Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 5.1 Gold Match but I'm uncertain how is it different than the original version. Additionally, I'm also a little bit concerned about the durability of plastic parts.

As I'm fairly new, I don't think I have the experience for suitable upgrades yet, thus I'm looking for good options out of the box (without any upgrades/production series)

It's not difficult to upgrade, don't stress it until you break it.
