Luger Conversions

Is it possible to convert a 6mm luger to a BB luger by replacing the mag and barrel assembly? By Barrel assembly I mean the interior of the barrel? Just curious..... Thank You

You would also need to replace the nozzle amongst many other things. It would honestly be cheaper just to find a 4.5mm luger to begin with.
