Need advice please.

I bought and item from a member and the item was not as he described(missing parts)

This member has not replied too any questions about the part.

The last time I got a PM from this member was the 30th of Dec.

I really don't want too give a neg feedback, But I don't like being lied too either.

Let me know what you would do please.

(EMT was sent and cashed on the 30th of Dec)

If this is in the wrong Spot, Please let me know.

normally I try and talk things over with the user first. happened to me once, i paid for shipping back and he gave refund.

People do go on holidays and what not. Have you checked what his trader rating is, or when he was last online? Give him at least a month, unless you know he is ignoring you. If you were honestly screwed, do not be afraid of giving the appropriate rating. However, give a reasonable amount if time for the person to rectify.

I'm also waiting on a dude, last on ASC Dec 30th. He has yet to provide me with a tracking number and hasn't responded to any of my messages since I sent my payment on Dec 21, and payment cleared on the 24th. I'm giving this guy until the end of the week to get his shit sorted out before I start a thread to make a case about it and frag his trader rating.

Send your guy a message with a read receipt so that you can see if he's reading your messages and ignoring you. That's what I did today.

Sorry to hear bud,this has happened to me too in the past. However, if u do leave NEG feed, be prepared cuz he might lie threw his teeth and say that everything was in perfect condition, and than leave u NEG feed as well.

Slight hijack with a question. What can be done if u leave trader ratings and they don't? Happened to me twice.
