Toronto Airsoft sent me a broken gun
 
So i finally get my WE G39k in the mail. Take it home, open the box up, take it out of the bag , take a look at it and all of a sudden Part #24 falls out of the gun.. Not knowing what it is i shoot the gun a couple times and i realize i can throw the bb farther..In closer look Part #24 has broken right off the hop up half is on and have is sitting on my table.. This is the piece..I want the the entire hopup assembly replaced or i want a new gun now.. I didn't pay $300 for a broken gun. This is ridiculous

Did you go back and talk to them? Karnage (owner) is a reasonable man. I'm sure he can square you away if you took the time to speak to him.

Or you can publicly call him out on ASC, I'm sure that will make him want to help you. :rolleyes:

Do you have an alternative email, other then there websites email. They never seem to answer email questions i have had in the past.

Only Toronto Airsoft website as far as I know. They also have a live help thing, but probably not tomorrow as they are at TAC12.

Why did you risk a purchase then?

Just call them and email them, eventually they will get it sorted out for you.

Because $300 Shipped for a G39 gbbr was to good of a deal..



All i want is new Hopup assembly or just part #24 and faster the better

have you tried using our several ways of contact to resolve this issue? Everyone on the boards here knows that we uphold out 30 day factory warranty on all WE items purchased through us.

Means of communication are:

if you have attempted these and all has failed we would be more than happy to resolve your issue in this retailer section.

I did not know about 30 day warranty. That is a big relief. I have emailed from your site and I will call your store tomorrow.

Sorry I freaked out in original post. I did not know about warranty

What are the chances you guys could just send me a new complete hop up assemby and ill send u the broken one.

Hello torontoairsoft. I was told last Friday you guys will be mailing me part #24 this Tuesday today. I have yet to recieve an email with tracking number or any confirmation if it.would be mailed out today. I try to call and email no answer. Pls help thank you
